Vaigai Agro Product Ltd
He commenced his first service by providing laborers to Vaigai Oil Mills Pvt Ltd in Madurai, where they were assigned to various tasks such as packing, loading, unloading, handling, and cleaning. By 1997, due to his dedicated service, he gained the trust of the company and was blessed with an increase in the number of laborers to 70.
Madurai Good Shed Railways
For Madurai Good Shed Railways, we provided labor services about 90 persons with Vel Bros, Madurai.
Aadhi Lakshmi Oil Mills Pvt
Provided 190 Labors for Aadhi Lakshmi Oil Mills Pvt Ltd.
G.V. Cotton Mills
For G.V. Cotton Mills, Kurumbapalayam, Coimbatore around 85 labors for Winding & Spinning Mills jobs.
Diamond Flour Mills
Our strength increased to 550+ persons; For Diamond Flour Mills, Kottayam, Kerala, we provided 25 persons to pack the products.
Thoothukudi Harbor Port
Our company continuously provided the labors for Thoothukudi Harbor port tied up with Mr. Padmesh (port contractor) given 35 labors for loading and unloading work. For Anjaneya Solvent Extraction, Nellore (AP) given 110 labors; for the above four years, we managed and maintained all the clients providing the necessary needs to build our labors families.
Sarva Lakshmi Paper Mills
Provided labors for various companies: 30 labors for Boiler Handling Work (Sarva Lakshmi Paper Mills, Velampatty, Dindigul); 100 labors for multiple purposes to Vaigai Agro Product Ltd, Namakkal (till now, the manpower increased up to 240 labors).
Cethar Foods Pvt Ltd
We started increasing the companies and provided the labors for various jobs: 140 labors for Cethar Foods Pvt Ltd and 90 labors for Musiri Unit.
Provisions and Organizations
Provided and organized food, accommodation, tour trip, medical camp, blood donation camp, labor law maintained and food supply.
Rathi Meena Parcel Services
COVID attacked the world by almighty. Our company safe-guarded all our labors with hygienic and comfort zone at respective client’s premises and save more than 300 persons safely return home through air with flight tickets, foods, incentives and necessary items up to 2021. Our family came better and made contract with Rathi Meena Parcel Services with 60 persons.
Till now, 1299+ labors are in our company; these figures are increased by God’s grace.
From August 2023, our NJ Manpower Services has been promoted as an international company in the name of Eisla Intl Technical Services Co, Erode, Tamil Nadu as Bharat branch.
In September 2023, we opened our overseas branch at Dubai.Stepping towards for mass development with Mr. Irfan S/O Gulabnoor, Erode as partner to operating worldwide services. Our services are updating to provide various department.

We have secured various high-profile projects in 2023,2024 which marked an important milestone of last years. One of our highest priorities for 2025 is to focus on further improving the performance & competitiveness of our core contracting activity & various associated subsidiaries to build sustainable business model capable of competing in the open market and deliver returns to our stakeholders for years to come.
